myAT&T is a faster way to manage your account, available on desktop and in the app store.
Too many AT&T customers were contacting call centers instead of using myAT&T to solve their issues.
The Problem:
The Solution:
Create awareness and how-to videos of myAT&T with a new, branded character.
My Role:
Wrote more than 30 scripts for YouTube videos, as well as post copy for some promoted social posts.
